Corporate Identity & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Orbitronics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, enterprise hardware quotations, product purchases, CAD certified pilot training programs, and maintenance services:
1. Scope of Agreement
- Proprietary & Certified Platforms: Orbitronics develops, manufactures, and distributes industrial UAVs (Orbitronics Matrix, AeroSurvey VTOL, and AeroSpray Series), terrestrial quadruped robots (Unitree Platforms), and underwater ROVs (QYSEA FIFISH).
- Commercial Applicability: These Terms apply to individual consumers, corporate enterprises, government agencies, survey teams, and educational institutions transacting with Orbitronics.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms to reflect changes in aviation guidelines, legal statutes, or operational policies. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Regulatory Compliance & CAD (eSUA) Mandates
- Civil Aviation Department (CAD) Compliance: All unmanned aircraft operations in Hong Kong must strictly adhere to the Small Unmanned Aircraft Order (Cap. 448G) and CAD regulations. Buyers are responsible for obtaining appropriate eSUA registrations and operational permissions.
- Remote Pilot Training: Enrollment in certified training courses is subject to candidate eligibility, identity verification, and passing prescribed CAD theoretical and flight assessments.
Quotations, Orders & Payments
Guidelines governing enterprise proforma invoices, institutional tenders, and retail orders:
- Proforma Quotation Validity:Official quotations issued by the Orbitronics enterprise desk are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
- Currency & Commercial Invoicing:All transactions are billed in US Dollars (USD / $) or local equivalent. Standard commercial invoices are provided upon dispatch under the Laws of Hong Kong SAR.
- Payment Terms:Online orders are processed via encrypted gateways and PayPal. Enterprise purchase orders and institutional dispatches require advance wire transfer or approved credit terms agreed upon in formal contracts.
OEM Warranty & Maintenance Services
All hardware supplied by Orbitronics is backed by official manufacturer warranties:
- Genuine Warranty Coverage: Standard OEM warranty applies to manufacturing defects, motor telemetry, sensor calibration, and flight controller integrity.
- Exclusions: Pilot error, unauthorized firmware modifications, third-party unapproved payload attachments, and water damage (except on rated submersible systems) are excluded from standard warranty.
- Diagnostic Labs: Hardware repair and calibrations are performed at Orbitronics Hong Kong engineering diagnostics labs with genuine components.
